At Lois Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new denim doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Lois Jeans tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
